Our company can be rather "needy" when it comes to technical assistance with our phones, which causes me to be on the phone with Comres quite a lot. I spoke with Scott to help assist in getting my phone set up. Not only was he very knowledgeable about the system, but he kept a very positive and light attitude. He made a very frustrating situation go by with a breeze.
Scott took the time to go over every single feature with the Softphone installed so I could work from home while I am in maternity leave.
