I had an urgent safety matter with my emails and bank accounts and ComRes logged in, reviewed the safety measures they had already put in place on my system, ran several scans of our computers, and after determining all was good, even helped me with an unrelated issue that increased our productivity between computers. I couldn't do my job without ComRes.  Our headquarters are in New Bern, NC with an office in Fort Lauderdale. As the IT Manager for a boat manufacturer I am not able to remotely install, manage the resources in FL.  I hired ComRes to be my "eyes" and "ears" locally to install switches, VOIP, fiber, wireless, WAN connections and more.  They spend a lot of time to make sure everything is done properly and charge VERY fairly.
