What is the single biggest thing you can do to improve your business in 2017?
Do you set goals for your business each year? Every year, we ask ourselves what ‘one thing’ could we do the improve ComRes and the services that we offer our customers? Hopefully, your company is a well-oiled machine that has consistent year-over-year growth, a track record of achieving its goals, top personnel who never leave and a line of customers waiting for you to take them on!
For most of us, this is not the case, and we have found it important to identify 1-2 major things that we need to do over the next year to have the best impact on our business. For ComRes, we are implementing a new way of running our company called EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System). We believe this will significantly improve our efficiency and the services we offer our customers. We are extremely excited about this and can’t wait to get it fully implemented.
What is the single biggest challenge you face for 2017? Are you looking to grow your company? Implement new technology? Hire people? Acquire companies or merge?
