I had an urgent safety matter with my emails and bank accounts and Christopher logged in, reviewed the safety measures they had already put in place on my system, ran several scans of our computers, and after determining all was good, even helped me with an unrelated issue that increased our productivity between computers. We recently had Christopher Lawrence (CJ) from ComRes USA work on the many issues we had with our computer server and Quickbooks. CJ was very professional, patient, quickly identified the problem, and clearly explained our situation and the steps needed to go forth to rectify our issues in a quick and timely manner. I would highly recommend CJ and his other technicians to anyone needing computer repairs.
